Central Maryland SWUG is operated completely by volunteers with the aim of promoting the sharing of skills and information related to the use of SOLIDWORKS and to create a forum for networking within the design and engineering community.
The group is free and open to anyone with an interest in expanding their knowledge of SOLIDWORKS and related technologies utilized in design & engineering fields.
Our goal is to create an atmosphere for professional networking - in our events we encourage members to share their SOLIDWORKS (work/personal) experiences.
You need not be a current SOLIDWORKS customer and membership is free of charge.
For those who don't know, the purpose of the SOLIDWORKS User Group (SWUG) is to empower people who use SOLIDWORKS to collaborate with, learn from, and teach others via in depth technical conversations and face-to-face networking. The Central Maryland SWUG is part of the SOLIDWORKS User Group Network which consists of dozens of groups and thousands of users across 25 countries.
