Welcome all Solidworks Admins and future Admins. Thank you for joining the CAD Admin Solidworks User Group. we are excited to announce our first of many great meetings we have planned for you all.

The meeting will be held Virtually (as will all our meetings) on Wednesday, May 20 from 12:00-1:00 PM EDT.

Craig Lalumiere, the leader of the Northern Vermont Solidworks User group, will be presenting "Top SOLIDWORKS settings you need to know!"

Presentation Description:

“Top 20 SOLIDWORKS Settings You Need to Know!” was one of the top 5 most popular breakout sessions at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2022. Building on that success, this updated session for SOLIDWORKS 2026 explores the essential settings that will optimize your overall SOLIDWORKS experience. We'll examine each option in depth—explaining what it does, why it matters, and how it directly impacts your workflow.

Together, we will explore these different settings to improve performance, appearance, and/or functionality. We will think outside the box and remind ourselves that not every user needs the same settings. This is a session that can drive an immediate impact to your users/customers - don’t miss the check box!
