Workshop Scope This meeting serves as a sounding board for submission ideas and a practical walkthrough of the application process. We will focus entirely on getting your proposal accepted. We will not be writing or designing the actual presentation slide decks.

What We Will Cover

• The Submission Process: Step-by-step guidance on how to navigate the Call for Speakers portal and what information to have ready.

• Title Brainstorming: Crafting a catchy, descriptive session title that fits within the 75 character limit.

• Abstract Development: Outlining your core idea into a concise 1000 character description that clearly communicates the problem solved and the key takeaways for attendees.

• Session Targeting: Discussing how to choose the right format (Masterclass, Hands-On Workshop, or Collaborative Learning) and the correct audience level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced).

Selected primary speakers receive a complimentary full conference pass for the Nashville event.

We have three main presentation types:

Masterclasses are customer stories, product briefings, and detailed instructional classes or best practices, typically delivered with a mixture of PowerPoint, videos, and live use of software where possible.
Duration is 45 minutes.

Product Training with Hands-On Workshops are sessions where attendees learn how to use the software by solving interesting problems and challenges. They are not meant to be a full training session, but rather a taste of what they could do with the software.
Duration is 90 minutes.

Collaborative Learning sessions are casual round-table talks or panel discussions for a particular area that are focused on innovative experiences, thought leadership, case studies, best practices, industry insight, recommended business workflows, etc. They are a forum for a free-flowing exchange of information among all attendees.
Duration is 45 minutes.

Each presentation should provide useful, innovative learning tools and techniques for all our attendees. Speakers should be dynamic, high-energy, knowledgeable about the topic they are presenting, and ready to engage questions from attendees. 

We realize that a great deal of effort by the presenter goes into preparing an amazing session and we want to show our appreciation accordingly. Presenters at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2027 in Nashville will receive a complimentary pass to attend 3DEXPERIENCE World 2027 and a speaker appreciation gift. Only primary speakers are eligible.

PLEASE NOTE:

• ALL approved speakers must be able to present in-person at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2027 in Nashville, TN, February 14-17. All approved presentations will be in-person with no virtual presentations offered.

• All approved speakers are responsible for arranging and paying for costs associated with their travel (airfare, hotel, transportation, meals outside of those offered at conference).
