This is an open event where we learn, collaborate with, and teach each other about Design, innovation (and SOLIDWORKS).

This is an event where everyone is welcome, regardless of your experience level with SOLIDWORKS. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just curious about 3D design, this meetup is the perfect place to network, learn, and share cool projects.

You don’t have to be a SOLIDWORKS user, and you don’t have to be a CAD user to join us; you just need to be curious.

Featured Speaker:

Davide Franceschini

Born into a family of jewellers, artists, and designers, Davide Franceschini was exposed to design and manufacturing from a young age. As a child, he assisted his grandfather in Venetian ironwork, and when the masters allowed him into the shop, he began working with Murano glass, specialising in Vetro a lume.

Despite his early immersion in craftsmanship, his studies took him in a completely different direction—first into Theoretical Astrophysics, followed by an MBA in International Business. Ultimately, this path led him back to the jewellery industry, taking him to China and later to Hong Kong, where he continues to shape his creative journey.
