This initiative is driven by our responsibility toward every participant who is granted a SOLIDWORKS exam opportunity. Registration Requirement:

Attendance is strictly limited to candidates who have completed the official application form that was shared individually. This form was sent based on attendance and participation in our previous events.

Only those who have filled out this form and received confirmation will be eligible to attend the exam session on the scheduled day.

Exam Process & Environment:

• The exam will be conducted offline in a controlled and supervised environment to ensure fairness, credibility, and full compliance with SOLIDWORKS certification policies.

• Exam sessions will take place simultaneously in Mansoura and Alexandria, where both locations will serve as official exam centers at the same time.

• Participants are required to attend in person using their own laptops, with the same email address that was submitted and approved by the Mansoura SOLIDWORKS User Group team. Each participant will only be allowed to take the exam they have been approved for.

Attendance & Commitment Policy:

Attendance is strictly mandatory. Once a candidate is selected, the team will confirm attendance through their registered WhatsApp number.

Failure to attend after confirmation will result in immediate cancellation of the exam attempt. The voucher will be considered used, and the candidate may be excluded (blacklisted) from future opportunities organized by the group.

Exam Rules & Conduct:

To maintain a fair and professional environment, all participants are expected to fully respect the following rules:

• Candidates are allowed to leave the exam room if needed (for breaks, restroom, or personal needs), provided it does not violate exam integrity.

• Communication with other participants is strictly prohibited under any circumstances during the exam.

• Any form of misconduct, disturbance, or violation of exam rules may result in immediate disqualification.

Our team will be present on-site to provide any permitted assistance and to help ensure a smooth and organized exam experience, in line with SOLIDWORKS and community guidelines.

Professional Conduct:

All participants are expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire process — from application to exam completion.
