In this session, I share how I best manage ADHD in the workplace and provide practical tips on how you can do the same. I also showcase common signs of ADHD to help you recognize your own patterns or those of your colleagues. We close with a group discussion to hear how you are managing your own ADHD quirks and to open up the conversation further. My goal is to start these conversations within the session so that you can carry them into your personal and professional life to better help yourself or your team.
