Simulation Menagerie – Exploring SOLIDWORKS Analysis Solutions

SOLIDWORKS Simulation offers a wide variety of analysis tools, but knowing which solution is right for a particular engineering challenge can be difficult. In this presentation, Marcus Brown will guide attendees through the "menagerie" of SOLIDWORKS analysis options, from SimulationXpress included in every SOLIDWORKS license to the ABAQUS Nonlinear Dynamic Explicit solver with cloud-compute capabilities.  We'll explore samples from every domain (pre-solved of course) to see what kinds of results we can expect while exploring the theory and study setup required to use them effectively.  This will be a live demonstration with audience interaction encouraged, so bring your questions.

Note: Food and soft drinks will be provided by the User Group Network. MLC CAD Systems will hand out drink tickets for beer or wine to guests age 21 or over to enjoy during the presentation.
