This event picks up where the last presentation on Weldments left off: to design and build quality custom industrial automotive products while growing a company into an automated manufacturing powerhouse. Now that the basic weldment design is complete, we’ll improve our designs and processes to streamline our operations and maintain quality in an expanding organization. We'll cover a lot of related topics in a rapid-fire way to spark ideas you can use in your own work:
Finish the weldment design and documentation
Create a fixture map for welding
Manage data with PDM and custom apps like dashboards
Evaluate strength and rate product capacity with Simulation
Driveworks Discussion
Programming a robotic welder
Digital Manufacturing - Efficient production of completely unique products
Sheet metal - Tab and Slot and Quoting/Sourcing
3D Printing End-Use Products
Take home a printed tutorial manual packed with instructions and helpful guides to refer back to in the future.
