Join us for a couple hours of networking and knowledge-sharing at our last WILakeSWUG meeting of 2025! Where did this year go?

This will be a Hybrid event. Our In-person portion of the meeting will have food, in-person networking, live SOLIDWORKS presentations, and some door prizes from sponsors. The meeting will be held at The Vollrath Company in Sheboygan. Dinner will be provided, so please come hungry. Our virtual guests of this meeting will only be able to watch the presentations from the comfort of your own couch or easy chair (sorry, I can't send food or door prizes through the computer quite yet).

Please RSVP if you plan on attending (I need to know how much food to order). When you RSVP to this meeting you will notice two options to register, one is for the In-person option and the other is for the Virtual option. Please make sure you choose the correct option when responding (1. In-person if you are going to come to The Vollrath Company, 2. Virtual if you will be watching from your couch). It is best to RSVP to this event, but if you'd like to RSVP by email, send a message to WILakeSWUG@gmail.com.

If you are coming In-Person, please come to the main office doors on 18th St (image below). Once inside either the receptionist will greet you, or we will have one of our WILakeSWUG members greet you. From there you will be brought back to the location of the meeting.

During this event Vic Frauenfeld (WILakeSWUG Leader) will share some tips & tricks. And, James Letson (from Altec Industries in Birmingham, AL) will join us virtually and present on some of the lesser-known features in the SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal Suite. As well as some unique ways the Sheet Metal Suite can be used other than just actual sheet metal parts (i.e. any kind of sheet material such as plywood and HDPE as well things like round stock and pipe).
