Why Present at 3DEXPERIENCE World?
The most valuable part of this event is you, our community of users, and the people willing to share what they've learned. The 3DEXPERIENCE World agenda is built around that kind of experience. If you've addressed a challenge, streamlined a process, or grown your business, this is your opportunity to share your experience.
Whether you are an experienced presenter or it's your first time on stage, this is your opportunity to share your knowledge and experiences with our global user community. All accepted speakers receive a complimentary full 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 conference pass (travel and lodging not included).
Here's what you need to know:
Submissions Are Open: Applications are open from September 2, 2025 - September 30, 2025
NEW Shorter Sessions: If presenting for an hour was intimidating in the past, breakout sessions will now be shorter (45 minutes), more focused, and tailored to help you deliver maximum impact in less time.
We Are Seeking a Wide Range of Topics: We're looking for proposals across design, manufacturing, simulation, governance, education, and professional development, including the latest technologies, tips and tricks, customer stories, and hands-on learning.
There are Multiple Session Formats: If standing at the front of the room isn't your thing, there are multiple ways to present, including masterclasses, workshops, and collaborative learning roundtables.
