If I understand your question, my favorite fandom would be some form of IRL fellowship. Two in particular:

Most of all, Christian fellowship with the church I belong to: Seventh Day BAPTISTS. That’s BAPTIST. (Not Adventist.)(https://phoenixsdb.com)

For more secular fellowship, I enjoy modern European style board games. (See https://boardgamegeek.com) These games have a lot of strategy, player interaction, interesting game mechanics, tactile game components, great artwork for the game board, etc. A good Eurogame will require a lot of problem solving, social skills negotiations… Just got back from the Dice Tower West board game convention in Las Vegas where I spent the whole time in the prototype demo area playing games being developed by aspiring game designers. (Eurogame designer’s names are prominently displayed on the game box and they often gain a following among board game fans. Much like popular book authors do.) I have a few game design ideas myself and intend to take a couple prototypes to next year’s convention - if I’m employed so I can afford to do so, that is…

Nice!

Have you ever played Kingdom Builder? That's one of my favorite board games!

You mean this one?:

I’ve seen it played at a few cons, but I haven’t had a chance to play it yet. I’d like to if I get opportunity. We should have a SWUG game night sometime and play it.

That's the one!
That would be so fun!! We'd need a lot more games than just the one though!

I realize now I made this question very broad! I think to more quickly answer for myself, I'd say there are some more popular fandoms I've been getting burned out on by too much new stuff, but I grew up with a lot of love for Star Wars, Star Trek, Marvel, Harry Potter, & Lord of the Rings
Have you all played either of the Portal video games? They're fantastic. Also LEGO and book series including the Cosmere universe by Brandon Sanderson, Bobiverse by Dennis E. Taylor, Hawthorne and Horowitz Mysteries by Anthony Horowitz. And you can't go wrong with Elder Scrolls video games. :D
