What time is correct?

The invite lists 11AM ET and the confirmation says 11amCDT. Which is correct?

The meeting is 10:00am Central Time and 11:00am Eastern Time.

Logged into the meeting at 10am and there is only about 6 people and no presenters. Is the time confusion still an issue?
